PermitPaddler (operated by Ikena Group, Hawaiʻi) collects only the data needed to track your STR compliance: property addresses, permit numbers, tax filing records, and documents you upload. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Data we collect
- Account information (email, name, password hash)
- Property records you create (address, permit numbers, tax IDs)
- Documents you upload (stored encrypted on Cloudflare R2)
- Audit log of changes you make
- Standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security
Subprocessors
- Stripe (billing)
- Anthropic (document classification — images sent to Claude only when you upload)
- Resend (email reminders)
- Cloudflare R2 (document storage)
- Vultr (hosting, Hawaiian / Pacific region)
Data deletion
Email [email protected] from your account address to request deletion. We delete within 30 days, except where retention is required by tax / county records law.
