Is there a free tier?
Free 14-day trial on any plan — no credit card. After day 14, pick a plan or your account drops to read-only.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, any time from /billing. Stripe prorates the difference. Downgrading respects your existing property count — we won't delete anything.
What if I miss a payment?
Subscription enters PAST_DUE for 14 days. You keep read access; reminders continue to fire. After 14 days unpaid, account drops to FREE tier.
Per user / per property pricing?
Neither. You can run 50 properties on Management for $199, not $199 × 50.
How does the AI document classifier count?
One classification per uploaded file. We don't double-count if you re-upload the same file.
Can I export my data and leave?
Yes. CSV export on Management+, plus public read API on Enterprise. Your data is yours.
